Why we ask why
Every return asks for a reason, and the reason is a structured code rather than a free-text box.
If a piece came back because the waistband gapped, that is the same signal as the fit-friction question in the quiz, and it goes to the same place. Your profile updates, and the next time you browse, the engine has one more thing it knows about how clothes sit on you.
